Almost Wordless Wednesday, Again

It is sunny, hot and humid again. I feel like I have been through the old fashioned washing machine wringer. I am longing for cooler weather and even for the snowy days of winter.

So tonight at Tanglewood promises to be uncomfortable. Oh well, you take the heat with the music.

I'm dreaming of cooler fall days and winter, too. I prefer the cooler weather for sure, and winter doesn't bother me. 

We hope to get high up in the mountains on Friday to cut firewood. The summer is marching on, and it's time to start thinking about winter.

You and me both about experience with hot weather.  We are at 109 degrees today, and the compressor is out on my HVAC.  Got an estimate today.  They want $7,000 for a new system, or $2,500 for just a new compressor.
