Taos, New Mexico: Great time to invest

Taos real estate prices have been steadily increases for years.  This year is the first slow down in Real Estate here.  There are some great buys in condos in town and in Taos Ski Valley.  The interest rates are very low now as well.  There has been a slight increase in mortgage applications nationwide which is a sign that the market may have bottomed out and is not starting to move up again.  If you have any questions about properties or trends in Taos, please contact me.  I'd love to talk with you.
