Kw had a great business planning clinic in which we were asked to submit our 2016 business plan. This months contest is to take a look at that plan and see how we are doing. I have to admit the very first oh oh moment was when I realized I had no idea where that plan was. My broker is great on accountability and so when I wrote to my broker with what I sure was a pie in the sky request for a copy of my business plan, she sent it back over in about 3 minutes. Now that is an organized woman. Thanks Marie!!!
Hard to follow a plan you have lost or is it? This year my plan was simple basics to raise past that ceiling we all tend to hit in our careers. Some things have been started over and over and some I have surpassed within the 6 month time.
Here is my 2016 plan with my current status.
Goal: More effective past client touches.
Set up google calendar with past sale clients with contact info. Will contact each one on the anniversary of their sale
This has worked very well and has increased repeat business for both listings and sales
Goal Attention to database.
Currently holds 1025 Clients
Would like to increase this to 1500 in 2016
So far at the half way point I have 1236 we will see if I make the rest
Goal: Raise the average price per sale ratio
Currently the average price per listing is $117,000
Targeting a slightly higher price point will raist the income level with the same amount of work.
Average sales price is $213,844
Goal Organizing tasks and communicating agent worth to clients
Initiate the use of the Brivity program
While I have not used this on every client, I have used it on my listings and it has been very effective to keep them up to date on our progress
Goal Blocked time
5-7am blocked out to do nothing other than answer emails.
I will block 1 hour a day 5 days a week for making calls
Emails great calls not so much. I have had to restart this 7 times.
Goal: Raise Yearly totals.
3.5 milllion in sales
This is going great and I am going to see how close I come to doubling it.
Goal: Increase Social Networking
Use of VBS and posting on facebook, twitter, google plus and stumble upon. More consistant blogging on Active Rain to surpass the 300k point mark
Well I am not using the VBS (Anoher story in itself) but I am working harder at posting on the social networks.
