A lot of people in Utah own RVs. We are so close to so many beautiful national park like Arches National Park, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Yellowstone, and Lake Powell. It's hard to keep an RV unless you have a huge garage like this one. People also do a lot off-roading in the summer and snow-mobiling in the winter. We also have several large lakes where people boat and jet-ski. So a large toy barn is almost mandatory for an active lifestyle like we have here in Park City/ Kamas, UT.
