Home inspections

Always get a home inspection. It is worth the money up front and could save you from unseen cost in the future. As a Realtor° this is not my expertise. You want to hire a professional to inspect your possible new home. How do you find an inspector? Search on the ashi website or ask your sales agent or even friends who have bought a home to recommend one. Do not get an inspector that will not climb into an attic or under a crawl space. Problems in these areas will not be knoiwn until it is to late and could cost plenty to repair. In short do not be cheap and look out for your investment.
