The Alameda’s Farmer’s Market is open to the public Saturday, July 30 and Tuesday, August 2  mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine.  All the fruits and vegetables are available at great prices.  So good!  Don’t miss the opportunity to shop for delectable fruits, vegetables and flowers.  The market is on Webster Street and Haight Avenue and is open

rain or shine.

The 32nd Art and Wine Faire is happening on Park Street on Saturday, July 30  and Sunday, July 31 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Sponsored by the Downtown Alameda Business Association there will be lots of delicious food, art and crafts, fun for the kids and live music.  This is the most popular event in Alameda and it happens on Park Street from Buena Vista Avenue to Encinal Avenue.

Alameda South Shore Center and Off the Grid food trucks will be at South Shore on Saturday, July 30, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the South Shore Center parking lot near Petco.  

Crab Cove for Family Nature Fun Hour features “Wet and Wild Water Games.”  Play some water games and then find out what’s new at the cove on Saturday, July 30, at 2:00 pm.  Please call 510-544-3187 for more information.

Have breakfast with our fire fighters and donate to a good cause.  A delicious pancake breakfast awaits you at Fire Station #1 on Sunday, July 31, at the corner of Park Street and Encinal Avenue from 9:00 am to Noon benefitting the Alisa Ann Roche Burn Foundation.
