Each unit is approximately 1640 sq ft with original unit interiors measuring 1382 sq.ft., however, interior square footage depends on whether the lanai has been enclosed within updated units.
Colony Beach was constructed as part of the Original Colony Surf Hotel Complex but was later sold off as Fee Simple condos. Each unit offers panoramic ocean front views and assigned 1 parking space. There are no amenities, however, the building is steps from the surf and sand with hotels, fine dinning, and private clubs nearby. The building is close to Kaimana beach, public tennis courts, Kapiolani Park with over 500 acres of open space, and the Montserrat Ave. commercial area, with it's restaurants and retail shops.
