I have a Business Plan and it is Working!
A Big thanks to Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint, for hosting "How's Your Business Plan Working" Contest.
2016 has been quite different than it was in previous years. Usually my goals consisted of sales figures, but this year it has been focused on the loose ends. I have been working as a concierge, as well as a Buyers agent, photographer, sign installer, payroll agent, and filling in, assisting our newest agent and any of the others that need help with client showings.
My sales figures have suffered, but our agent's figures are up considerably. It looks like the agents are doing very well, since they only have to focus on their clients and contacts.
In addition to the first half of 2016, the second half will be filled with studying, as Evelyn and I are both striving toward our own Real Estate School, to be open in 2017. We both are excited, as we received our study books today. Already, we have several people that want to take the course when it is available to them. Next year may be geared toward a teaching year, more than a sales year for me. Of course I will still be available to our agents.
2016 is a building year and our plan for the rest of the year is on track,
to have a great 2017.
