How do you keep in touch after the sale?

Different strategies work for different agents. My goal is to contact my clients 3 or 4 times a year by phone, have 2 face to face meetings, send a monthly real estate newsletter, send birthday and anniversary cards, send happy event notes like a job promotion or a new birth, try to encourage them to view my facebook and social media pages, plus assist them with tax protests, home warranty expirations, and keep them continually updated on the real estate market and their neighborhood in particular.

What works for you ?  Any unusual twists or unique ways to contact them and make them remember you?

Love to hear your thoughts and input?

I find it challenging to stay in touch. Currently we send out magnetic baseball and football schedules, and a calendar. All of these items are meant to be placed on our sphere's refrigerator so they look at our smiling faces every day.

Picking up the phone is the hard part. We are working on a new plan that we have yet to put in to action. I'm hoping for more success!

BTW, this is a great question for the Q&A section on AR and you might get more responses!
