So it looks like your first post is a Debbie Reynolds original - she is one of my favorite bloggers on ActiveRain.
So having CRS on ActiveRain makes sense. Welcome. Nice Debbie Reynolds post!
Welcome to Active Rain and congrats on your first blog post. This is a great place to meet and interact with other professionals while learning about different real estate markets.
Nice way to start off here on ActiveRain. As a CRS you peaked my interest CRS Communications
I am sure that this is effective, have seen a few agents who go straight to the CRS list when a referral is called for.
Welcome to Active Rain, looking forward to reading many more of your posts, let me know if there is anything that I can do to help as you get started here.

When I was actively working in the real estate business, I used the CRS designation and roster for all of my referrals.... I went there over the RE/MAX roster.... I had 9 designations and none of them gave me a return that CRS did.... of course, I no longer pay for any of those designations....my job is strictly marketing now.... and I'm loving it!!

I cannot stress how valuable this education and resource has been. The CRS agents are dedicated professionals (we have many here on AR) and it is the designation that means the most to me. Thanks Michelle for letting me share a few of my thoughts about CRS.
I am looking forward to hearing about all the educational opportunities ahead that CRS offers. This is a wonderful network to get the word out and get support.

Welcome to ActiveRain and congratulations on posting your first blog on this site.
Great ideas to boost referrals and all are manageable! The first one is probably the most important. We have to stay front of mind!

I really pays off with quality referrals. Thanks Shanna Day Team Leader (AZ & UT)
I have several designations. By far CRS is the best. Every so often I take a refresher CRS class just because our real estate world is changing. When I am looking to refer a client I always refer to my CRS directory. Thanks again for the tips. Welcome to Active rain.
Thanks for the great tips to gain referrals. This is important information.
Keeping in touch and building your network will bring referrals! Always remember to ask for them as well at the close of the sale.
It is critical to stay in touch with past clients. I do that considtently and always try to work that referral conversation into emails, carsd, phone calls. Welcome to AR!
Love giving referrals! Joining national networks is vitally important....
Have found the referral network on AR to be top notch!
Thanks fellow rainers !
Great post CRS with some great ideas. Great debut on AR. Appreciate as well the discount coupon offered on your post. I see more CRS marketing these days, good job.
CRS Communications - anything we can do to improve our referral base!
After all, almost all of my business comes from referrals.
Dear CRS Communications , your coupon code is invalid.
Maybe you'd like to look into this. Don't mean to be critical, but it just seems to me from a marketing perspective that someone needs to pay attention to this sort of thing, it's a reflection on professionalism.
Hi Richard,
We are so sorry you experienced a glitch with the coupon code this weekend! I've checked and reset the code, so you should be able to use it without a problem. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience!
Thank you
@CRS CRS Communications could not resist to re-blog this post about the referrals.
Referral is key and network marketing sure seems to work well in the RE Biz!
All great suggestions. I also gave referrals to local agents that specialized in a niche if it was an area I was not familiar with.
Welcome to ActiveRain. It's a valuable platform to share your knowledge and learn from other industry professionals. Glad to see you have become a Rainmaker. That's going to give you the best bang!
