i found this chart on "The Psyychology of Dissapointment" that I am sharing here because there are times during a real estate transaction when you will be disappointed .
Times during a Real Estate Transaction when you can feel disapointed are when you are:
1 Negotiating a purchase and someone else out bids you.
2. Doing a home inspection and finding out the house has major problems and you decide to withdraw your offer.
3. Not finding enough homes in your price range.
4. Finding out the true cost of buying a home
5. Negotiating and either buyer or seller will not come down or up to a price you thought the home was worth.
I am sure there are other times during a real estate process when you get dissaponted but its how you react to the dissapointment that will determine the outcome. Some people get frustrated and stop looking or cancel the sale. Some people get angry and point fingers and blame. Some people get sad and depressed.
Its important to understand that at some point in the process of buying or selling a home you will be disappointed but don't let this dissapointment stop you from finding a home or selling a home.
I hope you look at the chart on "The Psychology of Dissapontment" and learn how to overcome being dissapointed.
