Bob and Richelle if you want the graphics side by side you can either import them into a chart (that is the icon to the right of the special character symbol in the tool bar) or just left justify one and right justify the other when you import the graphic.

We used the table feature for the data. Hadn't thought about  doing it as graphics will give that a try.  Thanks for the suggestion.
