It is still a seller's market, have you listed?

Have you been thinking about listing your Indianapolis home for sale?  

This is the strongest seller market we have seen in decades here in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.  

Why is that important to you as a seller?  Many properties are selling, if priced right, within days on the market to a couple of weeks on the market.  You can end up with multiple offers and end up choosing what is best for you or you and your family.  Quite different than before the mortgage meltdown and nice to see many areas stabilizing.  There are still pockets of subdivisions that are not rising, some being taken over with at least a 30% rental rate in those neighborhoods, minimum.
