Another Great Day in Real Estate

Today was another great day in the world of real estate.  We are working on two different deals today.  The first is an option on a commercial/retail space in the South Bay.  We would like to modernize the building, get some long-term tenants, and sell it to a cashflow investor.

The second is a bulk purchase of foreclosure properties and selling to individual investors who want cashflow properties with great appreciation potential here in the Bay Area.
