Not only are my blogs not showing in google results, when I search for HOA stories on activerain, they aren't showing there either. Why?

You have been blogging here for a very short time. It takes time to get rankings. And, your articles need to be content rich and structured for SEO. Keep writing, sharing info... and give it some time.
If might help if you are more market specific with your HOA titles and content.
