Who says buyers don't buy homes in La Quinta, CA in the summer?

La Quinta Real EstateReal estate is as HOT as the weather this summer!  

Check out the stats from my Realtor.com website for July 2016!  I had 3 closings in July and have 3 more scheduled to close in August.  That might be normal for most markets, but this is La Quinta, CA, near Palm Springs-- smack dab in the middle of the Mojave desert.  Our avg. temps for July were 107°!

Our California Lifestyle Realty office had a better June sales-wise than our prime month of January.  What is going on?  What is spurring this summer activity in our hottest season?

It could be the upcoming election, or low interest rates.  I don't know the exact reason- but I am not questioning it.  Buyers are here looking at homes despite the heat, and sellers are listing and pricing their homes to sell.  If you are thinking of selling your La Quinta home- or looking for your perfect desert home- give me a call!

That's great news, Kathy. I say...why question, go with it (and you are). Depite the heat I think it make sense to take advantage of the current market conditions and interest rates!
