My Best Real Estate Articles for July 2016
We never know where or how our next client will find us so it is important to write on a variety of real estate topics. Such was the case for me last month as I jumped back and forth between buyers and sellers, as well as topical and specific to my area content.
Here are a few of my top real estate articles over the last month.
- Hidden House Expenses - An informative article that came about because of some mis-information I saw posted in a public Facebook Group by another agent. I have plans to increase the content two-fold or more later this year as I have a lot more to say about this important topic.
- 10 Amenities That Will Attract Georgia Buyers - I wanted to put something out there specifically for Georgia consumers and although I initially intended this article for buyers it ended up as a sellers primer. I know different areas might see different results but these 10 are things sellers in my area need to keep in mind as they prepare to list their home.
- Going Green Home Improvements - I don't know about your area but anything "green" is a hot commodity with buyers in my area. Since I know many are looking to go green, it makes a lot of sense to blog about it. An overseas military buyer has made contact because of this post and will be buying when he gets back to the U.S. later this year. I am thankful he found me online and will be buying his first home here soon.
- Why Moving to a Neighborhood is a Good Idea - I have been meaning to start writing periodic articles over on LinkedIn and decided last month was time to finally make it happen. Writing about neighborhoods is always a good way to generate consumer interest so I chose that topic as my first topic. So far so good with this first offering on LinkedIn.
As I have mentioned before, an excellent way to generate more shares, interest from other areas around the nation, and an increase in brand exposure is to periodically provide links to similar resources at the bottom of our articles. Some of the articles above gained a lot of traction simply by doing just that. Try it...you have nothing to lose.
Happy Blogging Rainers!
