Standing Out from the Others

In our monthly contest: Share Your Out-of-the-Box Seller Follow-up Strategies  we have been challenged to share our out of the box thinking for following up on seller leads. 


Mine might seem a little simple but I think it is something everyone can do. In most cases, these folks might be reaching out to multiple agents. I always assume this. Since most agents are going to be hitting them over the head with a sales pitch, I just need to stand out as "not that person".  Plus I've learned that most most of these folks either give a quick price and require them to call for more information or they mights insist the preson call for the results. 


Not me. I actually do a pretty indepth email with pricing and why I've given the range I have. I share information on the subdivision, similar houses, market etc. I put some time in. It is not a cheap and cheezy response.  


I find people are blown out of the water with the quality I give on this "Free" analysis, they almost always call me when they are ready to list.  I know many folks feel they do not need to put this much into something that is Free.  That's ok. I will keep doing it. This is one reason I will stand out over them.  


I want to show I care about my future Maricopa clients, long before we even meet. 


It works for me and like I said, I have a pretty darn good return on this investment I make.

I love the idea that you show your clients you know everything about their area. Letting your clients that you are truly the expert in your area is a good idea.
