• 156 pending sales (up by 17)
• 11 sold -  of those 9 were sold by local agents, 2 by out of area agents 

*Lake rights - Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, which means that unless you own property in the Arrowhead Woods, you are not permitted to fish, swim, enjoy the trails, visit the two beach clubs, (Tavern Bay and Burnt Mill) or boat on the lake.
