Wait 5 minutes !

It was a wonderful morning in North Idaho.  I had checked at two listings, in Bonners Ferry, to be sure both were secure and locked.  Stopped in at Super One Grocery to get Halley an 'in the cup' Ice Cream Cone.  One of her favorite treats.

I just could not help but appreciate how beautiful the day was so I tweeted:

It was shortly afterwards the temps had dropped to 71 and this was moving in.

And about 1/2 hour later while waiting at office to write an offer I took this.

Mark loved the sequence of events, I have not seen rain like that in about two years... on a side note I remember being in Georgia when I was doing my schooling....Airborne, Ranger, Infantry schools and at times there would be rain like this ...not too often though, Endre

Sounds all too familiar.  The weather changes at the drop of a hat out here too.  It is good to be prepared for just about anything.

Yep...I know the changes so very well. Living in the mountains brings on a lot of different weather in a short time. I love your pictures, Mark.

Mark, I've never been to Idaho, but it sure looks attractive to us from the East Coast. Refreshing rain, mild temps, perfect.

I'll trust Halley enjoyed the ice cream.
