Sometimes, we feel there is a need for clarification in terms of the words we use to describe our service.
'Lake Norman Mike' isn't just a name we chose because Mike Toste enjoys the lake! We chose this name, because the Lake Norman area is the area we chose to put our entire focus on and is the area we've decided to become experts in.
This helps for two reasons: It helps us to better serve those who want to buy or sell in this area, and secondly, it helps people easily recognize the areas we focus on.
However, we feel like there might be confusion as to what we mean when we say something like "Lake Norman Real Estate" whether on our website or on one of our videos.
Not Just Waterfront Homes
When we say "Lake Norman Homes for Sale" we don't mean just waterfront homes.
We're talking about the entire Lake Norman region. The small towns of Huntersville, Mooresville, Denver, Davidson, Corneilus, and surrounding communities all may fall under suburbs of Charlotte. But if you live in any of these communities, you'll know that the vast body of water nearby, namely Lake Norman, is what connects you all. Communities to the west of Charlotte like Matthews or Monroe are also suburbs of Charlotte but do not have any body of water nearby. Lake Norman is the go to spot in the summer for fun and socializing.
Folks who live around Lake Norman will usually know exactly what this body of water has to offer. It offers gorgeous sunsets & sunrises, all types of water sports from the gentle ride on a pontoon, to pulling 360's on a wakeboard or skis. You'll see luxury Yachts on the lake, and you'll see small fishing skiffs with people determined to catch that lunker of a bass or the prize winning catfish lurking beneath. For those that have worked hard and earned enough money, the real estate on the water can be stunning!
