Del Ray is one of those subdivisions that people love to call home. There are great Grand Mesa views and the location makes for an easy commute to Delta or Cedaredge.
There have been a few changes in the listing and sold information since last month's real estate market report.
Last month there was one listing and it was under contract. That home sold for $230,000. - One new listings has come on the market. It's priced at $225,000. There are no other homes on the market at this time, and NOW is a great time to list your Del Ray home.
- So far this year two homes have sold. The average sold price is $208,500. The median sold price is $208,500.
- The real estate market is showing some improvement in this neighborhood. In 2015 three homes sold with an average selling price of $169,000. The highest price sale was $180,000.
Compare the average selling price this year to last year...we have seen a 15.8% increase in the average sales price. In 2015 the average days on market was 88 and this year the sold properties have spent an average of 79 days on the market.
