You will learn about the Massachusetts Home Inspector Standards of Practice and the basics of conducting a home inspection; how to carry out interior, exterior, and structural inspections; how to analyze heating, plumbing, and electrical systems; and how to market your services and open your own business, all taught by a Massachusetts Approved Provider.
The Fall 2016 MA Home Inspector License Prep class is now open for registration at Assabet After Dark Adult Continuing Education.
