August 9, 2016 - Ellicott City, MD - From left to right: Ellicott City Branch Manager Brian Lipsky, Senior Vice President and Baltimore Regional Manager Cindy Ariosa holding the check on the left, and Randy Krout, holding the check on the right, and a group of Long & Foster agents present a $10,000 donation to the Ellicott City Partnership. This extremely generous donation will go towards recovery and cleanup efforts from the flood in Old Ellicott City last week.
“At Long & Foster, we know that a community is comprised of both homes and businesses. We’re saddened at the destruction that resulted from the recent flooding, which ravaged Ellicott City’s Main Street, but we hope our contribution can help the community to rebuild,” said Cindy Ariosa, senior vice president and regional manager for Long & Foster’s Baltimore region. “It’s these communities that allow us to flourish as a company, and we want to make sure to support them in turn.”
In addition to the $10,000 donated to the Ellicott City Partnership, Prosperity Home Mortgage and our local offices are reaching out and helping the people of Ellicott City in their own ways.
We at the Ellicott City office are partnering with Safeway in the Enchanted Forest Shopping Center this coming weekend to help the Howard County Food Bank. We are also collecting donations at our office located at 9171 Baltimore National Pike on Rt. 40.
