A question here in the Q & A from a few days ago inspired me to look a bit closer at the relationship of condominium sales and single family home sales. The SFH segment is like the big brother of our market although the little brother is consistently in step at nearly every point throughout the year. When you see the word condominium, that refers to essentially any property where that type of association plays a part. A homeowners association may or may not be incorporated into the single home field shown here. I haven't worked out any of the exact percentages although it's plain to see their contribution to our activity. It doesn't get much more consistent than this!
