The average days to get an offer was 75, with an average days on the market of 140. The sale price/list price ratio for these 26 homes was 99.6% - ordinarily, that would indicate a strong seller's market, but with significant new construction occurring in the neighborhood, it is more likely due to upgrades and options added to the original list price. New construction would also contribute to a higher than normal market time.

Alford Meadows is definitely one of those very popular places, and I can see why just based on the setting in your picture. Based on that it makes sense that there are only 7 homes available.
