Hi Dick -- the relative affordability of Boise Village and the lack of inventory must be particularly frustrating to buyers looking in this neighborhood. Homeowners who may be thinking of selling would be wise to contact you and Mary to see the potential net proceeds their home might bring.  

That "surprise" number might be enough incentive to move forward in marketing their home --- of course, you would be the obvious choice for representation.
