Both Utah County and Davis County continued their upward trend in the 2nd quarter 2016. Median sales prices were up and homes sold a lot faster than the same time last year.
Davis County
Another strong quarter for Davis County single family home prices saw the median sales price climb 11.60% to $267,000, which were the biggest gains across Salt Lake, Utah and Davis County.
