Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Award BRE # 01924314

Just a quick FYI ... if you're not at least sightly interested in Relola ... then you're missing out.

Heather Sittig Jackson is one of the creators of this cool new technology!

Now, I don't endorse products for dollars ... (well, not yet anyway :-)) ... so this is organic. Relola is such a cool product because it allows you to be part of literally anyone's listing! You get to be the expert on every door you walk through.

The product allows you to get something out of the homes you are previewing that reaches beyond just "knowing the inventory." Now, people don't have to call you to know what you know ... they can visit Relola and see what you think and know that you are "active" in the field because you are posting new insights.

So, here's the skinny: you get out in the field and check out some homes. Relola asks you a few questions about your experience in the home. The value to the consumer is that they are not stuck ONLY relying on the commentary from the listing agent. You have the opportunity to cut through the "fluff" that so many agents put in their description and you get to let people know what the home is really like. NO, it's not all about bashing a house ... actually, quite the opposite. See, it gives you a chance to let potential buyers and sellers experience previews through your eyes. What would you change in the house? What is the community like? Can you tell me something about the home that may not be aparent by looking at the pictures or reading the description? These are some of the questions you get to answer.

Then, the curious home buyer can browse the site and any property you have visited ... well, they can read what YOU think about it ... they can engage and ask you questions ... they can see what other homes you looked at (which may open their eyes to other areas and opportunities).

This company is young and growing. It's a cool technology that would be great to explore, if you've not already. As they get bigger ... it's only going to get better. The best part is, there's no "you have to pay for just this one zip code" or "that area is already taken" ... when you preview homes, it makes you an expert in that area. YOU and ONLY YOU control where you are the expert. It could be a zip code or a single road ... just depends what and where you engage.

Anyway ... check out Relola ... it's been pretty sweet for my business so far ... could be for yours too. You can also see how the homes I preview show up on my website here.

What's in it for me, you ask? Well ... I just like supporting awesome companies and spreading the word because companies like this are the ones I would like to see sticking around. Hope you love it!
