When is a good time to Buy and Sell Homes? If only I had a crystle ball! You hear election time is coming, than after election time its we need to see whats going to happen. Than after that its the wonder what will happen with interest rates, the ecomony, prices and the list goes on.
The best time to Buy and Sell...is when your ready! First you must ask yourself, what can I afford, than where do I want to live. If we all wait for the perfect time, when is the perfect time? Everyones perfect time is different. People move for various reasons; job transfer, downsizing, growing family need a bigger home, retirement, be near family or health issues. Speaking of health issues, we all know we are for a period of time...again no crystle ball.
So, back to my original question, when is a good time to Buy and Sell homes? It all depends on what your wants and needs are, where your at in your life and where you want to be in your future. If we all wait to see whats going to happen with the election, the ecomony, and so on......we are watching the clock tick by, will you ever know whens the perfect time? Live for today, you wants, your dreams. No one can perdict the future.
