Carlsbad Music Festival in Carlsbad Village

One of the more popular musical events in our local area, the Annual Carlsbad Music Festival, takes place in the Village on August 26, 27 and 28.

 

The Carlsbad Music Festival, the 13th annual, is always a crowd pleaser with “adventurous music by the beach” (per their website), with 10 ticketed and numerous free concerts featuring over 35 individual artists and groups. You can buy tickets for the Mainstage Concerts here.

 

Carlsbad Village signCarlsbad is well known as an arts community, with multiple arts and crafts fairs and festivals, ArtSplash (not being held in 2016), the city-owned Cannon Art Gallery, the 9 free TGIF Concerts in the Parks series in the summer, the Museum of Making Music, and so much more.

 

The Carlsbad Music Festival has won acclaim for the caliber and innovation of its performers, and no doubt that will be same in 2016. And in addition to wonderful concerts you can enjoy the artisan market, food trucks and beer garden on Saturday and Sunday.
