The West Loop Gate needs sellers! This chart looks nearly the same as last month, homes are selling very fast and the month's supply of inventory is still under 2. Sellers who are ready to go, with a well put together home listed at market value, will likely see a fast sale. The average market time for the homes that are under contract is 68 days and for those that are still active it's 59 days. Unless more homes come to the market there might not be any inventory left, as the homes that are currently available are sold. The median sales price last month was $320,000.
