Consumers are getting smarter ever day. The internet offers an unbelieveable amount of information.

And this makes consumers realize that they have a vast array of choices and options to consider.

So, how do you grow your business and retain the business you have? Simply stated believe

you have to be better than your competitors in at least one way, maybe more.

So -

Are you a marketing guru?

A technology wizard?

A neighborhood or area expert?

A specialist?

An amazing networker?

An incredible negotiator?

Master of details?

An extraordinary client advocate?

A terrific transaction overseer?

An industry visionary?

A money, mortgage and/or financial wizard?

So what unique areas of specialization set you above your competition?

In addition to the above questions - what level of service do you provide to clients and customers - basic, average, above average, exceptional,  platinum or whatever it takes. How do you evaluate these categories. And do you have other or additional levels of service.

And some other things to think about?

Do you consider service an imposition?

Are you continually updating your skill set?

Do you always put your clients needs above your own?

And are you continually seeking to provide new and/or better services?

What is your most effective prospecting technique?

What is your most effective follow up technique?

All these lead to a Goal by you of superior service. Service that brings clients and customers back.

Thanks.  I keep trying to evaluate how I can do a better job.

And it is not always easy to see how I can be better in my work.

But I think about it daily.
