My Tomatoes are begging to become Gazpacho!

By
Industry Observer

The time is perfect to take a portion of my tomato harvest and create my much loved Gazpacho!!

A nice assortment of all that was ripe this morning, yellow grape, cherry and a few beefsteak.

A few spoonfuls of Red Wine Vinegar and a glop of olive oil over some stale bread and a cheese & jalapeno wrap that was going to be thrown out if not eaten.   All of that gets blended in the food processor.

A cucumber, green onions and some peppers go into the processor and pulsed with some garlic.  Add some salt and pepper and into the fridge it goes to get icy cold!  Garnish and enjoy :)

From the kitchen of Emo's Eating Emporium to yours - enjoy the bounty of a container garden!

Susan, there is nothing as tasty as fresh anything from the garden.  You did your tomatoes well.

Susan, your gazpacho looks delicious.  Hmmmm.  Maybe that's what I'll do for dinner - at least the first course.

You do know that some of your photos are upside down! Silly Susan! I've never had gazpacho.

Donna Foerster you don't know what you're missing   Also, it is funny about the pictures.  When I look at this post on my ipad and then on the PC, different photos show as upside down.  When I rotate them on one device, they look upside down on the other - very strange.

The tomatoes look perfect, I am sure I would have enjoyed them plain, but your gazpacho looks and sounds pretty good too!

Susan Emo, just came over from seeing and copying one of your recipes from a Roy Kelley  re-blog.  The Caramelized Onion, Apple, and Blue Cheese Pizza sounded so delicious. I also love gazpacho!  Have a great day!
