Personally, I thoroughly enjoy watching the Olympics. The athletes train for years in order to perform on the world level for such a short time. However, it takes dedication and hard work to compete at this level. One must have vision for winning the gold in their minds to then putting it into practice at the games. What if you win a bronze? That means one is the third best in the entire world for that Olympic event. That is awesome. I take that same mentality when it comes to real estate.
I have been practicing Phoenix real estate since 2002. I started by not knowing a soul here in town since I relocated here for a job in 2000. That means I had to learn the business and market at the same time. I was jumping through hurdles as an Olympian to gain new clients and close deals to make it in this business. Some days I just wanted to quit and go back into “Corporate America”. I am sure many Olympians have experienced down days during training. However, I was taught by my grandfather to get back on the bike after falling. I was taught to never give up and to always do ones best at anything in life.
This year I have decided to go for the gold by opening up my own real estate brokerage that will focus on

Yes, I have mentors in my life to guide me through the way when it comes to running a real estate brokerage. It has taken many hours, money and much persistence to bring life into the business. However, I am very proud of this venture at this time. I continue to research, go to classes and meet new clients on a monthly basis. I am training for the next Olympic event to win the Gold. I am here to stay and to enjoy the games with my fellow ActivRainers.

People will do business with people who are confident and trustworthy. It is best to be honest when it comes to business. There are times when I have to be the bearer of good and bad news. However, I always have a solution after I deliver the bad news. One must keep focused and continue to move forward for the gold in real estate. Clients like to be with winners and not losers from my experience. They expect a winning attitude in their agent. We can do this attitude will win over more clients.
Finally, I have taken great pride in being different than most agents in my area. I have always worked with investors for the past fourteen years and counting when it comes to real estate.
