Unlike last week, this week was pretty slow with only one sale in condos – that was it. Here is your update:

New Listings:

Villas on the Prince 4 is newly listed for $739K since selling for $725K in 5/05. It was listed before from 11/10 to 11/11 and again from 11/11 to 8/12 priced at $795K. Alii Kai 8H last sold for $765K in 3/06 and is now a short sale priced at $439,900. It was previously listed from 12/09 to 1210 and again from 1/11 to 1/13, both times for $679K.

Puu Poa 108 came on the market showing as sold for $915K while listed for $950K so you’ll also see it under sales. There was no information on the last sale.

As noted above, Puu Poa 108 came on the market showing as sold.

Withdrawn:

After 133 days, Emmalani Court 412 was withdrawn with a list price of $579,900. The prior sale was in 6/14 for $460K. Pali Ke Kua 143 was withdrawn after 343 market days while priced at $699K. It was purchased for 9/11 for $480K.

Price Changes:

Pali Ke Kua 1 reduced to $260,800 from $274,500. The very next day they reduced to $247,800. Purchased in 4/06 for $395K, this is a leasehold property being sold at auction as an REO.

Puamana 21D reduced $7,800 and is now priced at $417K. The most recent sale was in 12/09 for $300K. Emmalani Court was priced at $1.245M and is now $119.5M. The last sale was in 8/14 for $1.079M.

Purchased in 5/00 for $459K, 3829 Albert is listed for $875K.

Withdrawn:

Priced at $1.180M, 3844 Punahele was withdrawn after 112 market days. The sellers paid bought the land for this home in 1/72 for $16,200.

As you can see there was very little activity in single family homes this past week. As of today, there have been 35 sales as we head towards the goal of 87. Let’s see how the month progresses.
