Hawaii Investor Special - Luxury Home on 5 Acres in Distress

By
Real Estate Agent with Kona Home Team (luva llc) RS 62947

Not long ago this was a spectacular property, Ocean views into Kealakekua Bay, Captain Cook Monument, 5 acres that were mowable, (previous MLS states there were Tangerines, lilikoi, lime, star fruit ruby grapefruit, white pineapple, yellow pineapple, coconuts, cherry, dragon fruit, mango, papaya, poha berries, chocolate (cocoa), coffee, several kukui nut trees, macadamia nut trees, and banana) NOTE: Property is overgrown and buyer to verify if any crop still exist.
OK, the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Good: Interior of Home: Design is open, large, modern, and appears to be in good condition (less appliances). 16 foot "Fleetwood" pocket doors (slide very good) , Living room has high ceilings, Master bedroom and bath are a dream come true (with view lanai), hallways are large and open..... Guest baths and bedrooms are good. Pantry/Laundry room off kitchen.
Location - gated, upscale community .
Bad: Overgrown and hard to verify what landscaping is still there, - but what is there, is green and healthy. exterior paint and trim in need of maintenance
Ugly: Distressed property, the Lanai is has extensive damage and is unsafe to walk on -
Property is probably not financeable under normal conditions and price reflects this -

Aloha, Lance Owens (RS) , happen to have family who live on the Big Island on a ranch. I, once lived on Waikiki for a couple of years while attending UHM.  Last night we were discussing property in Kona.  I came to take a look at your Investor's Special.  Imagine the possibility of some of the fruit vegetation still on that property ~ ?!? The property seems to need work, however, there were also some very nice features.  Have a great weekend. Perhaps by now it is sold.

It is still available!  The property is overgrown and needs some upkeep. But I still think it is a bargain. We have had trouble getting a BPO done because of the overgrowth.

But please feel free to contact me for more info, obviously its not Waikii Ranch, I love that place, but it is in a nice location.
