Thought provoking post and video, Craig!  I totally agree - it is about the 'why' and when we know the 'why' of others, that does tend to help us better understand that person to the core.  I too send the cards - I think that does help our clients or potential clients understand our 'why' better as well.  Excellent post!

Wonderful Craig maybe I need to rethink my why too, as I sit here having one of the best years I have had yet but now dreadfully slow all of a sudden I may need to re-evaluate how I do things. You are an inspiration and a wonderful agent.
