Today started 5am, too exited to sleep.  Looking forward to hearing responses to Option Proposals.  Another Option request pending, this time for Hawaii Leasehold interest.  This particular property's leasehold is set to expire in 7 years, so the property is only $28,000.  Great opportunity for someone who wants to have some rental income, and get to use the condominium near the beach in Hilo whenever they want.
