I started to look for a loan officer with good reviews on Zillow when I initiated my house searching as I needed to close the house purchase very quickly after we signed the contract.  This was all because I had only one month temporary hotel stay provided by my company for my relocation, and my wife didn't want to rent then buy a house.  I found Suzi on Zillow because of the good reviews and started the initial contact with her, immediately I was impressed with her fast response with professional answers.  Later after I decided the realtor to work with, I also asked him if he has any loan officer to recommend, and he also highly recommended Suzi, especially considering my special situation to close the house within 3 weeks, since he had very good experience with Suzi with fast closing.  What a coincidence even he didn't know that I already had some initial contact with Suzi!..with both of my personal good experience and recommendation from my Realtor, I quickly decided to work with her on the loan...If I remember correctly, we signed the house purchase on July 8th, and we met immediately the following Monday, signed the paperwork to officially start what she called the "fast and furious" loan process.  I was really impressed by her professionalism and passion for not only her work , but to life as well during our first meeting..   However, only with the further engagement with her during the loan process, I started to really appreciate her energy and hard working ethics Suzi showed with her work.. Since it's our first home purchase experience, I had numerous questions with the loan that I constantly sent emails to Suzi for answers.  Each and every time she always repsonded so qucikly (literally with a few minutes most of the cases with the answers I was looking for an d nver showed any sign of impatience.  Not only did she lcok the best rate I could have ever hoped for, but she also spent extra time to shop for cheaper mortageg insurance options and saved me an extra $ 1k!.  Because of her and her team's hard working (countless emails exchanged during the weekend and late hours); we actually madr iot fo rht efinal closing on the morning of Aug 3rd, the same day I checked out of my hotel! Because of her amazing work, we achieved the mission impossible to close the loan in 3 weeks so that I moved on the last day of stay in the hotel to our dream house on the same day!  We cannot be more grateful to the tremendouse help Suzi and her team did for our family.  Thankyou so much Suzi for your great wrok, and I will definitely recommend Suzi without any resrevation to anyone who wants a quick and smooth loan process provided by a highly capable professional with a kind heart!.
