Yesterday I took a newer investor to look at distressed properties.
WE have looked at a good number and I know what he is looking for.
Before we went, I told him what my thoughts were and that none would fit his needs.
Still, he wanted to see them.
After wer were done looking he said...
Bill, I am tired of wasting time. You have been right about every property we have looked at and you were right before we got there. From now on, unless you want to look at it, I will pass and use my time better.
That is one thing that buyers need to do...trust that the agent understands what you are looking for and if they say it doesn't fit the bill, then listen to them.
If you don't trust the agent like that...find a new agent!
