Northridge is a wonderful neighborhood just north of Cedaredge. It's out of town, but yet close enough that it's not an inconvenience to make a quick trip to town.
The neighborhood lies on both the east and west side of Highway 65. The east side tends to have wide open lots with nice mountain and valley views. Many of the properties on the west side have wooded lots.
There's only been a slight change in the neighborhood market information since last month's report. - Last month there was one home on the market and it was pending a sale. That has since sold.
- Four homes have sold in this neighborhood since the first of the year. The average sales price is $293,750. The median sales price is $292,500.
