Welcome to the world of ultra-luxurious condo towers | Introducing the Porsche Design Tower
Turkish Baths, private beauty salons, dog walkers, children's day care and 24/7 concierge services are nothing special anymore in the world of ultra-luxury condominium towers.
The world’s most sophisticated residences have elevated the bar with the finest finishes, amenities and services to meet the demands of the worlds wealthiest and to attract sophisticated domestic and international buyers. These days people expect the very best especially in ultra-luxury condos located in upscale communities. The 5 star treatment and amenities are not a “Nice to have” anymore but rather a "must have".
The newest trend in ultra luxury living is the presence of a private, residents-only restaurant. This 5 star service is already introduced in some of NYC’s most upscale residences like 220 Central Park South, 432 Park Avenue and 15 Central Park West. In Miami the very exclusive Porsche Design tower will be the next in line to offer this service.
Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, the developer behind the tower, told Mansion Global he is currently in talks with a number of top celebrity chefs from around the country to determine which one he will partner with on the restaurant and introduce a new concept.
“We’re going to have a rotating lineup of celebrity chefs. We plan on inviting these chefs to come in every three months and create their own menu. We will then have a night at the restaurant where the celebrity chef will teach our full-time chefs how to follow through on his ideas,” Mr. Dezer said.
“It’s the only restaurant in the world that costs $5 million to get a reservation. We know the restaurant is not a money maker, but my clientele doesn’t care about subsidizing as long as it’s amazing.”

This ultra-exclusive restaurant will not be the only unique feature of the 56-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is known for housing 2% of the world’s billionaires and therefore has high standards to live up to. The world’s first Porsche branded residential tower offers fully automated elevators, which take residents directly to their private residences while sitting in their cars. The cars can then be parked in a private garage next to the residence, which can hosts 2 to 4 luxury cars. Owners have the option to install glass or other types of wall between the living room and the garage so owners can choose whether they want to look at their cars or not
Besides this, 116 of the 132 residences at the Porsche Design Tower have private plunge pools on their balconies overlooking the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean (of course this Miami luxury condo is located on the sand). The terraces also come with outdoor kitchens and because glass walls cover a part of the balcony, which enables residents to sit outside all year round protected from wind, rain and sun. Residences range from 4,750 Sq. Ft. to 14,000 Sq. Ft.
