1031 EXCHANGES ARIZONA REAL ESTATE GREAT OPTION
I have created the Real Estate and Beyond Network to create a one stop for investors here in the local Phoenix market. I love when a client needs a 1031 exchange property. Many times an intermediary works between the seller and buyer to facilitate the transaction.
Here are the 4 Steps:
- Seller wants to sell property with 1031 exchange language in contract for disclosure purposes
- The proceeds of a sale go directly to qualified intermediary for 1031 Exchange such as Sun 1031
- Seller has 45 days of closing to identify like minded property
- Seller has 180 days to close on property to finalize
