Don't Use One Photo When You Can Use A Four-Photo Montage
by Cupertino REALTOR Michelle Carr Crowe
Have you ever had so many great photos of a home it's difficult to choose that one "primary photo"? Consider a strategy my late mother Judy Carr & I created using a four-photo montage.
It's said you only have 4 seconds to make a great first impression.
Using PhotoShop, Publisher or a similar program, simply create a large frame, then copy 4 different photos into it, "group" the images into one image and save the file. For example, this four-photo montage is of our Lynbrook High Home for sale. We saved it as 5766 W. Walbrook Dr. San Jose house for sale four photo image.
When it comes to marketing your homes, why not put your four best photo features into a montage and use it as your primary marketing image?
