The Beverly Hills, CA 90210 Market Trend Report is out... instead of the usual four quartiles I thought it would be beneficial to see the big picture first.
Here is the Median Sales Price it is still increasing but at least not at astronomic price increases. Needless to say next time I will have to break it out into my usual four quartiles because the $100,000,000 sale of the Playboy Mansion would throw the figures off....
As you can see even though the prices continued to increase it is taking a great deal longer for us to sell them. In relation to the rest of the country I am confident everyone will agree that less than two months to have a property in the $4-$5 million range is not bad. On the other hand we have been spoiled spooiled in the past three years that it took us less than a month to sell our listings.
Part of this I also attribute to the fact that the things we were complaining that inventory is short, has been increasing, hence buyers have choices now and that is slowing the sales time down as well.
