This is down 5.2% from $944,000 in July of 2015. 3-month median price of $789,000 in July was up a little from $750,000 in June but down just slightly from $820,000 in July of 2015. Price per square foot in July was $360. This is up from $325 in June and up from $331 in July of 2015.

Inventory Inventory of 67 in July was up 19.6% from 56 in June and up 28.8% from 52 in July of 2015. New listings of 32 in July were way up from 21 in June and up considerably from 9 in July of 2015. Months of supply of 7 in July was up moderately from 5.3 in June and up somewhat from 5.3 in July of 2015. This is the highest months of supply has been since May, 2015.

Market Time

Days on market of 137 in July was up considerably from 70 in June and up substantially from 87 in July of 2015.
