Oktoberfest - Where to Join in the Fun in Colorado -  I was getting ready to make my annual reservations to Breckenridge for this years Oktoberfest and I thought I should be sharing this with everyone, the more the merrier - So here is what I know so far regarding Oktoberfest in Colorado. At least in Denver and Colorados High Country -

Keystone kicks of the annual celebration with their event September 3rd Here are the details

Beaver Creek, one of my favorite Colorado mountain resorts, also kicks off their celebration September 3rd, but they also celebrate on the 4th, find out more here

Breckenridge celebrates the following weekend for a full 3 days from the 9-11th of September to learn more, click here

Vail Oktoberfest is spread over two weekends, September 9-11 at Lionshead and in Vail Village form the 16th-18th, several of us went up last year and we had a blast, interested? here is info on the Vail festival

Steamboat Springs has set their dates for Oktoberfest on the 16th and 17th of September, here is what you need to know

Denver Oktoberfest There is definitely something very special about being in Colorado's high mountain towns celebrating Oktoberfest, but for those that prefer to stay home in Denver, or visit the mountains and then come home to Denver to celebrate Oktoberfest as well, Denver does not disappoint, with two weekends September 23rd-25th and September - October 2nd,packed with beer and brats and pretzels and schnitzel and lots of classic German music Here is what you need to know for Denver's Oktoberfest

I am going to celebrate in at least two different locations this year. If you see me, make sure to say hi.

Here is a photo of my wife and I at Vail's Oktoberfest last year.Vail Oktoberfest

Hi John - Great info. And while it's not up in the mountains and it's not in October, Fort Collins is having a one-day street bash on September 17th. I can guarantee good beer : )
