There were three recorded sales in the Norfolk County Registry for the Town of Norfolk from the MLSPIN last week.


I will say, what a what a range in house prices. The lease expensive house was $95,000 and the most expensive sale was $969,000.


Lowest Price Sale of the Week in Norfolk, MA

The first house sold was located at 14 Cottage Avenue in Norfolk.  This was a 2 bedroom cottage with one bath. It was listed at $115,000 and it sold for $95,000.

Middle of the Closed Homes Sold in Norfolk, MA Last Week

5 Sagamore Road, Norfolk MA 
The second property which sold last week in Norfolk was located at 5 Sagamore Road. This was an 8 room  home comprised of threee bedrooms with two and half baths. Sagamore Road is part of The Cape Cod Estates in Norfolk 

14 Sagamore Road was marketed for $500,000 and sold for $532,000. You read that one correctly $32,000 over asking. This property would have nortmally been marketed at 549k-5559k in the current market and what have happened is the sellers receievd offers and there would have been back forth negotiation.  In this case, the seller priced the property way under the market and it drove the price up. I would imagine that there were multiple offers. This goes to prove that you cannot underprice a property because the market will always find the true value.

The most expensive home sold in Norfolk last week was located at 143 Toils End Road. This property was a 9 room Colonial style home with  4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  This was a newly constructed home.
