The end of summer is already here as streets are cluttered with school buses. This is a good time to look at marketing! This is also my entry into Lauren Selinksy's - End of Summer going into FALL Market ME Contest.
1 - Twitter and Instagram- I've been using Twitter and start recently using Instagram regularly. I post photos of the house I have listings. My goal is to post on them regularly and consistently on each of my listings. Every week, it's a different photo of the house.

2 - Newsletter- Rather mailing out reports painfully put together I put it on my website. I get occassionary a click or two.

3. Farming- I farm in Silicon Valley concentrates in above-average turn over neighborhoods. They seem to get more bang for the buck. Those claiming 2% or higher success rate will not work here. There are a lot more Realtors in this area than all Realtors combined in some states. Right now in a seller's market, I find that Just Sold postcards are useful. Here is a postcard I mailed out a few weeks ago on a listing I closed.

Furthermore, after 15 months of consistent blogging often toiling long hours burning mid night oil, I recently fulfilled my free ride requirements for 500,000 AR points (500,000 AR Points ). Without encouragement from many AR friends I do not think I had the will power go through this boot camp to maintain a good blog discipline.
